1. Platform Scope & Purpose

Maktab-e-Ahyu Amrana (operating as Ahyuam Ranae Makhtab and E-Maktab) provides online educational tutoring, foundational Islamic curriculum (Aqaid, Ahkam, Tajweed, Akhlaq), Hawza preparatory subjects, and Arabic/Urdu language instruction. All services are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Account Verification & Registration Process

Our registration process is designed to ensure appropriate placement and high-quality instructional delivery:

• One-Time Registration Fee: All applicants must pay a non-refundable one-time onboarding fee of ₹72 INR for Indian domestic residents or $2 USD for international/overseas applicants.
• No Guarantee of Immediate Entry: Application submission and fee payment do not guarantee automatic admission or immediate access to live classes.
• Manual Verification & Pre-Allotment: All applications undergo manual verification by the central administration. Upon review, the administration pre-allots the appropriate curriculum level based on age, background, and operational schedule before dashboard credentials are dispatched.
• Right of Refusal: The administration reserves full discretionary rights to accept, reject, or reassign applications based on batch capacity, instructor availability, and timetable constraints.

3. Pricing, Subscriptions & Payment Rules

Access to live sessions, teacher interactions, and curriculum resources requires payment of course tuition:

• Advance Billing: Course tuition is billed in advance on either a 1-Month Plan or a 6-Months Combined Plan (Best Value).
• Dynamic Pricing Engine: Tuition fees scale dynamically based on student residency origin and the chosen instructor tier (Domestic Teacher, Indian Teacher, or Foreign Teacher).
• Payment Gateway Mandate:
  • Domestic / India Payments (INR ₹): Processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, RuPay, NetBanking, Debit/Credit Cards).
  • International / Overseas Payments (USD $): Processed securely through Razorpay Global (International Cards, Multi-Currency Debit/Credit Cards).
• Unlock Condition: Dashboard access to Google Meet/Zoom classrooms, downloadable textbooks, and exams is unlocked only upon verified payment confirmation from the respective gateway.

4. Code of Conduct & Ethics

Students, parents, and guardians are expected to uphold the highest standards of Islamic manners and decorum:

• Respectful conduct and punctual attendance are mandatory during all virtual live sessions.
• Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, harassment, or non-compliance with teacher guidelines will lead to immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
• Students must ensure their camera and microphone settings comply with the platform's modesty and privacy standards.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational materials, live lecture streams, recorded lesson videos, syllabus charts, homework worksheets, and PDF documents provided on E-Maktab are the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of Maktab-e-Ahyu Amrana.

Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access materials for their private study. Unauthorized screen-recording, downloading, copying, distribution, or public broadcasting of any platform material is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability & Technical Outages

While we strive for 99.9% platform availability, Maktab-e-Ahyu Amrana is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures (Zoom, Google Meet, cloud hosting), local power cuts, or user internet service provider (ISP) outages. Makeup sessions will be scheduled at the administration's discretion.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
