We only collect data necessary to administer Islamic education, schedule live classes, allocate instructors, and securely process admission fees:

• Student & Guardian Identity: Full Name, Date of Birth / Age, Gender, Parent/Guardian Name, and educational background.
• Contact Information: Active WhatsApp / Phone Number (10 digits for Indian applicants; international dialing format for overseas applicants) and Email Address.
• Geographical Location: State and City (for Indian Residents); Country, City, and Timezone (for International Residents) to ensure accurate scheduling across global timezones.
• Academic & Enrollment Details: Selected track (Aqaid, Ahkam, Tajweed, Hawza Preparatory), preferred teacher origin (Domestic Teacher, Indian Teacher, or Foreign Teacher), batch level, attendance logs, and test performance.
• Technical Metadata: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and session timestamps collected automatically for system security and fraud prevention.

3. Payment Information & Gateway Security (PCI-DSS)

We take payment security with the utmost seriousness. Maktab-e-Ahyu Amrana does NOT store, log, or have access to your sensitive financial credentials, including credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, expiration dates, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords.

Our database solely stores non-sensitive transaction tokens, order identifiers, amount paid, currency, timestamp, and gateway payment status to verify course unlock permissions and generate official receipts.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively for lawful educational operations:

• Reviewing admission applications and conducting central admin verification.
• Pre-allotting students into suitable age-appropriate and curriculum-appropriate levels.
• Assigning qualified teachers and matching timetable schedules across Indian (IST) and international time zones.
• Dispatching secure student dashboard login credentials, batch timetable notices, and live class links via WhatsApp and Email.
• Processing onboarding fees and monthly or 6-month tuition subscriptions.
• Delivering academic progress reports, exam marks, and completion certificates.

5. Strict No-Sale & Data Protection Policy

We do not sell, rent, trade, lease, or commercialize your personal information or contact details to any third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or lead brokers.

Data sharing is strictly confined to essential service partners under binding non-disclosure obligations:

• Cloud Database Infrastructure: Encrypted databases hosted on secure cloud providers (Supabase / AWS) with role-based access control.
• Classroom Delivery Tools: Google Meet and Zoom Video Communications solely for conducting interactive live instructional classes.
• Communications Infrastructure: Transactional SMS and WhatsApp Business APIs for admission alerts and emergency schedule revisions.
• Legal & Regulatory Authorities: Only when strictly mandated by Indian court orders, subpoenas, or applicable laws.

6. Children’s Online Privacy & Parental Supervision

Because our curriculum caters to young children and youth, we mandate that registration forms for minors (under the age of 18) be completed with explicit parental or guardian consent. Parents and guardians maintain full authority to review academic logs, monitor virtual classroom participation, and communicate directly with assigned instructors.

7. Data Retention & User Rights

We retain student records for the active duration of the educational program and as necessary to verify certificates and satisfy statutory accounting obligations. Parents, students, and teachers have the right to:

• Access and review the personal information stored on their profile.
• Request correction or updating of inaccurate personal or contact details.
• Request account deactivation or deletion of optional data upon graduation or course withdrawal.

8. Cookies & Local Session Storage

We use minimal, strictly necessary session tokens and cookies to maintain authenticated login sessions for students, teachers, and administrators. We do not use third-party behavioral tracking cookies or retargeting pixels.
