2. Theological & Jurisprudential Perspective

All educational materials, curricula, and lectures are grounded in the authentic traditions of the Ahlulbayt (a.s.) and adhere to the Shia Ithna Ashari (Ja'fari) school of Islamic jurisprudence following the consensus rulings of contemporary Grand Ayatollahs (Maraji' Taqleed).

While our instructors strive for scholarly accuracy, teachings provided in classes or interactive Q&A sessions are intended for general religious guidance and educational understanding. Specific individual personal rulings (Istifta'at) should be verified through the official representative offices of your respective Marja'.

3. Instructor Assignment & Schedule Rescheduling

Maktab-e-Ahyu Amrana retains sole administrative discretion regarding:

• Teacher Assignment: Assigning, substituting, or rotating instructors across batches to uphold pedagogical balance and curriculum pacing.
• Timetable Adjustments: Rescheduling class timings or organizing makeup sessions due to instructor medical emergencies, technical outages, or significant Islamic commemorations (such as Muharram/Safar mourning days, Laylatul Qadr, and Eid holidays).
• Advance notification for any scheduled revisions will be conveyed through the student WhatsApp broadcast channels or the student dashboard.

4. Technology & Infrastructure Liability Limitations

Our online learning services depend on global telecommunications infrastructure and third-party software providers, including Google Meet, Zoom Video Communications, Supabase database clusters, and Razorpay.

While we maintain robust system uptime and redundancy:

• We cannot guarantee uninterrupted, lag-free live streaming, or 100% bug-free operation across all individual user devices, hardware types, or regional broadband networks.
• Maktab-e-Ahyu Amrana is not liable for missed instructional time resulting from user-side internet degradation, power blackouts, device failures, or localized ISP restrictions.
• Recorded sessions and digital lecture materials are made available on the dashboard to assist students affected by technical disruptions.
