Maktab-e-Ahyu Amrana operates a single unified, secure payment gateway infrastructure powered by Razorpay designed to serve domestic Indian students and overseas diaspora students seamlessly:
- Domestic Indian Students: All fees are priced and billed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, RuPay, NetBanking, Debit/Credit Cards).
- International / Overseas Students: All fees are priced and billed in United States Dollars (USD $) and processed securely via Razorpay Global (International Cards, Multi-Currency Debit/Credit Cards).

Prior to course enrollment, each new applicant pays a nominal one-time registration fee at the time of form submission:

5. Billing Rules, Invoicing & Receipts
- Advance Payment: All course tuition fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the respective monthly or 6-month batch.
- Instant Receipts: Upon successful transaction completion, an electronic tax invoice and fee receipt are generated immediately and sent to the registered email and WhatsApp number.
- No Hidden Costs: There are no additional registration or platform maintenance charges beyond the stated tuition fee.
- Currency Conversion: For international payments, foreign exchange conversions from your local currency to USD are handled directly by your card issuing bank as per prevailing market rates.
